Complete Sports Academy is the premier training facility for athletes. We offer skills training for all athletes from the beginner to the top level players in baseball, softball, soccer, and football. Our indoor facility is almost 13,000 sq ft and has 3 hitting lanes, 1 pitching lane with 3 mounds and marked distances for all levels, and a large field area for a full size infield practice. New in the spring of 2020 will be an outdoor grass field 50×100 yds for various sports training and team rentals.
We have multiple tailored packages for all your athletes needs. We also offer full and partial rentals for your team practices. Our friendly and knowledgeable instructors have a wide range of collegiate and professional experience playing and coaching. please check out our bio’s of our staff.

Jack is a former American professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Chicago White Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, and Toronto Blue Jays.
graduated from Miami University in 1974, he was selected by the White Sox in the second round of the 1974 Major League Baseball Draft. Kucek quickly worked his way up from the Class A Appleton Foxes to the Major Leagues, and made his White Sox debut on August 8, 1974 as a reliever against the California Angels.]
Kucek played most of the next four seasons for minor league affiliates of the White Sox, but was occasionally called up to play for the Major League team. He was traded to the Phillies a few games into the 1979 season for Jim Morrison. Kucek played the majority of the 1979 season for the Phillies’ Triple-A affiliate, the Oklahoma City 89ers, and was released in December of the same year. Less than a month later, in January 1980, he was signed by the Blue Jays. Kucek split time between the Triple-A Syracuse Chiefs and the Blue Jays. In 1981, however, Kucek spent the entire year in the minor league system, and retired after the season.
Coach Kyle Benyo is an Austintown native who has recently joined our team. Kyle spent his first 3 seasons of high school playing for Division 1 Austintown Fitch. While being a corner stone of their lineup his junior year, he earned 1st Team All-American Conference honors as a Junior. Following his successful junior season, Kyle transferred to IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. Appearing in 25 games as a senior Kyle batted .361.
Following graduation, Kyle returned to his hometown and enroll at Youngstown State University on a full athletic scholarship. Kyle started off his very successful career by garnering Horizon League All-Freshmen team honors his first year. To follow up a strong rookie campaign with the Penguins, Kyle became just 1 of 4 all time Youngstown State sophomores to belt 8 or more home runs in their second year.
After numerous surgeries to repair multiple issues throughout his back, Kyle had to trade in his cleats for a fungo, and began his develop and coaching career. Kyle is currently the Director of Player Development for Youngstown State Baseball and Manager of Complete Sports Academy’s 14U Youngstown “B” League team.
Zack has coached multiple sports throughout his career at various levels at 18 and under. Zack lettered and played 4 years for Mineral ridge high school primarily playing infield and pitching. After graduating Zack spent time on the Mineral Ridge Varsity baseball staff. He’s since moved on to coaching at the Youngstown B league at Cene park.
He has coached teams that have went on to win both regular and post season Championships most recently winning the 2019 Tri-T Pony boys classic Division (Top tier) regular and post season championships. Zack has dedicated all his time in instructing and developing youth players at various levels. He has a very modern, data driven approach to the game of baseball. He’s very defensive oriented. His hitting philosophies include rotational hitting and he fuses both old school and today’s max intent driven approaches tailored to each players individual need. I am very proud to say Zack has joined our staff at Complete Sports Academy in the Summer of 2019 where he can have a positive impact on many kids young and old and continues his love for the game!
